Sounds totally cliche, however it has always been a dream of Tiarra Sitzer's to offer care to the community she grew up in.  As an ER nurse she felt our healthcare system lacked patient education and at times compassionate care, she knew that as a medical provider not only would she be giving back, but she could take the time and focus on the patients needs and getting to the root cause of WHY patients feel the way they do and helping them to understand their health. She enjoys providing education to her patients to better understand their medications and diagnosis.

We treat a variety of Chronic conditions that include, but not limited to: Hypertension, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Depression, Anxiety, Obesity, COPD, Asthma, Minor cardiac management.
