Sunrise Family Healthcare began with a dream—and a passion for serving the community that founder and owner Tiarra Sitzer has proudly called home for most of her life.

After years of working as an Emergency Room nurse, educator, leader, and eventually a Family Nurse Practitioner, Tiarra recognized a gap in healthcare. Too often, patients were rushed through appointments, left with unanswered questions, and treated with medications that addressed symptoms rather than the underlying cause of their concerns. She envisioned a different approach—one where patients felt heard, educated, and empowered to take control of their health.

That vision became Sunrise Family Healthcare.

Today, Sunrise has grown into much more than a traditional primary care practice.
