Restylane
What are Restylane dermal fillers?
Several companies create and provide dermal fillers, and Restylane is one of the premier brands. Restylane is an FDA-approved dermal filler made primarily with hyaluronic acid. It appears as a clear gel, and when injected, Restylane can add extra fullness and volume. It can also enhance the body’s hyaluronic production. We use Restylane, along with other fillers, to address specific wrinkles, giving a younger appearance. This filler targets medium to severe-depth wrinkles at the dermal layer, specifically:

Nasolabial folds or smile lines (the lines that form from the nose to the mouth)

Marionette Lines (the lines that start from the mouth to the chin)

And the corners of your mouth (small wrinkles that spread out when you smile or laugh)

Restylane LYFT
Our facial bones give shape and structure to our face. As we age, bone resorption increases, leading to loss of definition and contours, especially at the posterior part of the jawline. Restylane CONTOUR
Restylane Contour is the newest addition to the Restylane family of dermal filler products, designed specifically for injection into the mid face. Restylane was FDA-approved in June of 2021, although the dermal filler has been used for several years in the United Kingdom and is known there as Restylane Volyme. Galderma, a trusted leader in skincare, manufactures Restylane Contour using their XpresHAn technology. The process of creating the dermal filler with XpresHAn technology produces a crosslinked hyaluronic acid filler that is firm enough to replenish lost facial volume, yet flexible enough to move naturally with facial expressions. The result of having cheek augmentation with Restylane Contour injections is improved skin elasticity, enhanced facial contour and more prominent cheekbones, and restored facial volume for a more youthful, beautiful appearance and natural look.
Restylane KYSSE
This lip filler is unique because it has been created with a technology called “XpresHAnTM” cross-linked gel. Just like Juvederm, this product is hyaluronic acid based.
The difference with Restylane® Kysse is that it allows for enhanced flexibility during lip movements, natural looking soft volume, and enhanced texture (fewer wrinkles) and color in the lips.
Due to the flexibility of this product, lips sustain their full range of natural movements such as speaking, laughing, eating, or drinking. This product cannot be used in other areas of the face than the lips. However, a bonus of this product is that the manufacturer boasts that less gel needs to be injected to get the same results as with other lip fillers.
